Presently I am working as Lecturer in Govt. Polytechnic under Dept. of Tech. Edu. W.B. Before that I have served as Superintendent of JTS (Presently ITC, Under DIT) DTE, Dept. of Tech. Edu. W.B. I have got pay protection and service continuation. Now am I eligible for CAS considering my past service under same scale and same Dept ? Please guide me accordingly.
