Is the govt. Providing D.Ed training through open and distance mode for the inservice primary teachers whose teaching experience is below two years at present?

Please apply to the Secretary D.P.S.C. For up gradation of qualification within June’12 as per order as an in-service teacher. D.P.S.C will take decision . With thanks.
