Please give me information about D.El.Ed. Some of my friends says that if a teacher has not H.S 50% he is not eligible for this ODL course. they says this is the NCTE new rule. This is true or not? Please inform me. What is the future in such case?

@rabin: friend will you refer to the “new rule”(at least when the rule is circulated?). However according to the rule i knew last : a teacher can do ODL mode D.El.ed on condition that his/her D.El.ed result/certificate will be withheld till he/she obtain 50% in HS. There is board’s notification in this purpose too that says a candidate will be allowed to go for the two course i.e. the D.El.ed and HS simultaneously. A Rabindra open school has started enrolling such candidate about which you are aware.
