Sir,
I am a Govt. Employee, My basic pay was Rs. 6225/- as on 01.04.08. After allowing increment on the basis of unrevised scale ROPA-98 it may be fixed at Rs. 7250/- as on 01.11.12. My office is allowing local DA in respect of TA bill is Rs 90/- on the basis of Pay as Rs. 6225/- as on 01.04.08. Now a question has been arisen that How much DA I shall be entitled for calculation of local DA in respect of T.A bill i.e. 90/- or 105/-? Pl. reply.

In my opinion, as per existing daily allowance rates in west bengal, you should get Rs. 105/-
But see in the comments section of the above link:

unfortunately the kolkata pay and accounts office is raising objection on determining pay as pay in pay band plus grade pay.they are suggesting to calculate the pay in the prerevised scale and then to determine the rate of daily allowance.

But, sorry, I could not understand the logic of this.
