We have completed our final examination of 2 years B.Ed course from IGNOU (NCTE Recognised University) on 02-01-2015. My date of joining is 22-09-2009, and after receiving consecutive 04 (four) regular or annual increments on 01-07-2010, 01-07-2011, 01-07-2012, and 01-07-2013, my increment was stopped on 01-07-2014; i.e. I did not receive my annual increment @ 3% on July 2014. As my B.Ed Course is complete on 02-01-2015, will I be entitled to an increment @ 6% ( 3% regular or annual increment as of 01-07-2015 + 3% arrears increment as of 01-07-2014) ?
I and many teachers like me will be highly obliged if you kindly show us the right direction and the right rules and regulations regarding regular or annual increment and increment as arrears.As far as i know you will get your increment when your result will be published. if it is published before July, you will get your July 2015 increment.if not then you will get your increment on JULY 2016.Previous JULY 2014 INCREMENT you will not get.
You are entitled to get your annual increment on and from 03/01/2015 (@3%) and your next increment will be on 01/07/2016. But remember, you will get your increment from 03/01/2015 only after producing the result of B.Ed. when published. Thank you.
Yes, Garain Da is right in what he has said in this regard. I would like to add one more point that if you take your increment on 03/01/2015, you would no longer be entitled to get the annual increment on 01/07/2015 as per ROPA-2009.
