Departure Time for the Fasting Teacher in Ramazan

Can a fasting teacher depart from school one or one and half hour before the scheduled departure time in the holy month of Ramazan? I have heard there is a GO for the same. Will you please enclose the relevant GO for the same?

During Ramzan, Muslim employees who are on ROJA are permitted to leave office at 3:30 pm as per F.D. Memo No. 7751-F(P) dated 02.08.2011.
