    Who will be the dependent family members of a pensioner when put information during on-line Application under ‘West Bengal Health for All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme,2014’. Please explain this any body.

    Dear Achin,
    In terms of GoWB’s Notification No. 4476-F(MED), dated 28/08/2014 the following persons will be eligible for enrollment as beneficiary in WB Health for All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme, 2014:
    1. Husband or Wife as the case may be
    2. Parents, whose monthly income does not exceed Rs. 3500.00 per month. In this case Pension before commutation will be considered as income and the Dearness Relief will not be considered as income.
    3. Children, including step-children, legally adopted children and unmarried daughter
    4. Dependent Widowed or divorced Daughter(s)
    5. Minor brother(s); minor sister(s)
    6. Dependent unmarried or widowed or divorced sister(s).
    For details, kindly follow the said order.
