I am working as UDC in a DIRECTORATE. I am going to be promoted to the post of HEAD CLERK very soon. My place of posting will be in another office under this Directorate. My controlling officer is telling that he will transfer me to my present office on deputation .I have no objection as the present office is nearer to my residence. Can it be possible? Can I claim deputation allowance? Please answer with relevant clause.

My question is Now whether any Head Clerk enjoying pre-revised scale no. 10 in any branch office can be deputed/transferred to Head office in the post of Accountant of having scale of pay in pre-revised scale no. 9 in the interest of public for a temporarily?This may be helpful to you.
