Previously pay during deputation was restricted only up to one stage higher. Now this condition has been withdrawn. Kindly intimate the date of effect of this change.

One of my friend had been deputed for higher education for two years by higher authority. Now they are refusing to count this as part of service .please tell whether it will be counted in service or not.

I would like to know the appropriate order no. where it is stated that the period of Deputation of West Bengal employee to any central government office can be extended beyond three years.
The concern Minister of newly created department has submitted a Note to my Director seeking utilization of my services to his new department as Asst. Director and salary/allowances to be drawn in my existing grade from parent department pending final absorption in new department.
I am confused, should I accept this offer??
Since it is not clear whether my appointment will be ‘deputation or it’ll be treated as deputation’?
Shall I have an oppurtunity to get absorb in that department on the basis of above procedure??
