If one candidate is found against a Deputation vacancy,PH category,is it necessary to advertise once more time ? what is the rule,if there is no sufficient candidate is found against such vacancy in PH category? Kindly help to solve this.Is there any way to convert the post to any other category ?
You may advertise as many times as you can within the period of that particular deputation/short time vacancy until suitable candidate is found. But if no candidate joins the post, there is no way to convert or avoid the category. In that case, short time vacancies in future will remain reserved for the same category until once someone joins the post.
