Disclosure of Spouse Pay Mandate in COSA ?

Dear All,
I have been given the COSA form to be filled up and submitted to school. My question is, whether disclosure of Spouse Pay (Private Sector) mandatory for us to share ? Or is the declaration that we jointly do not claim HRA, sufficient.
Row nos 45-46 COSA form.
Suggestion and views shall be appreciated.Only service status; i.e. Govt of India / Govt. of WB / Others (Private Sector) / None (Housewife) is asked in the said columns.
However, you are not bound to disclose the pay; non-drawal of HRA declaration is sufficient.Thanks Nemo.
However, is there any supporting to this clarification ?
