I have enrolled myself and my family under WBHS 2008 form 1st March, 2013. Now I don’t want myself to be enrolled under Cashless Scheme. In such circumstances, will I be eligible to draw the Medical Allowance on and from 1st April 2015 as before if I do not enroll myself under Cashless scheme?
yes, you can withdraw your self from the scheme if you dont receive any facilities of the scheme since your enrollment. But once you receive any facilities than you cant withdraw for 5 years since receipt of any facilities.
