Duties, Remuneration and Leave of Para Teacher

A para teacher of high school was suddenly arrested by the police and they took her under custody for 55 days. There is not any F.I.R lodged against her name but police said that she was connected with a case. when she returned from custody she prayed to managing committee with the true incidents that she was under custody. The managing committee rejoined her in the school and she rendered her service in a condition .The condition was- as the salary of para teacher issued by the D.P.O so salary matter will be decided by D.P.O and her service will be running as a volunteer service for the period from her rejoining. After three month of her rejoining she prayed to the D.P.O for her salary but there is no response, they only said that they look after about this matter. after getting this result she send a notice by her layer to release her salary but there is no response without this -that they look after this matter.It is 19 month she is giving her service to the school but without pay in only hope that she she will get her salary.she is in bad financial problem through the days.In this condition I want to know what the para teacher will do for get her salary and save her family in financial problem?

which month willbe start d.o.l (d.ed)course?

Para teachers get monthly honorarium. It is not payment of salary. So how can there be leave without pay? Can honararium be cut short? Engagement of contractual teachers is against RTE ACT, 2009. It clearly speaks of quality education by regular teacher. Can a civilised govt. expect quality education from meagerly paid para teachers? Who has invented the term para teacher? Teaching is not like other profession where the term para can be applied. Instead Sir or Madam if the students call a teacher para-sir or para -madam, would it sound good?I wonder whether we are living in a civilised society. Does RTI ACT says to employ para teacher?
