I AM A PARA TEACHER OF GOBINDAPUR MGD PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF MALDA. IN OUR LOCALITY HAVE MANY FIRST GENERATION LEARNER. SO I HARD WORK TO BACK THEM IN THE NORMAL STUDENTS AND TRACKIING THE DROP-OUTS BUT OUR FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL STATUS IS NO NORMAL. OUR ILLNESS IS NOT MORE THAN 7 DAYS BUT ILLNESS IS NOT SPACIFIC DATE AND TIMES . WHAT IS THE SOLUTION ?
The casual and medical leave alloted for para teachers are 12 and 7 days respectively for 4days in a week. But for 6 days duty what should be the modified rule? I am a para teacher from Jaynagar Institution,south 24 pgs..compelled to attain school for 6days in a week. No clear order for drop out collection..no increase in salary since 2009… We are not considered as human.. Is there anyone to think for us?
i am a parateacher (up).I complete my B.Ed Course (2012) Without any permission(Like M.C , D.I).But now am very afraid about my future.Pls help me give some good suggestion .
