Duties of para teachers in high Schools

we also know how they were appointed. Initially the salary was Rs. 2000/ month. Knowing the terms and conditions they have joined as para teacher. At the time of appointment It was mentioned that the their job s are upto 2012. Now it is upto the age of 60 years. They are getting a lot of facilities as you have mentioned earlier. Then why their duty will not increase? I may be wrong. I request the member to give their opinion.
