Duties & Responsibilities of Para Teacher, VRP, Siksha Bandhu

All Para Teacher are well educated as all Regular Teacher. All Para Teacher are doing their duties (10:35 to 4:30) as all Regular Teacher. All Para Teacher are love all children and teaching as friendly as all Regular Teacher.
But why some Para Teacher are unnecessery threatning from Hon’ble managing committee and Hon’ble Headmasters/Headmistress? Why the society and our friends (Regular Teacher) called with neglecting as para sir and para madam. Why some schools arrange for Para Teacher a separate sit arrangement.
A Para Teacher get 7425 per month. In hand they get 7425- 50 = 7375 (Deduction forPF.). In a day 7375/30=245.83. This is better than a Daily Labour ???
A Para Teacher wants prestige, well remuneration, well future life, friendly atmosphere in school campus and from Hon’ble managing committee and Hon’ble Headmasters/Headmistress and also from our society.
Please don’t differ A Para Teacher and A Regular Teacher… A Para Teacher is also a Regular and Permanent Teacher…. Is it not ??????

Only our state Govment can solve this problem but don’t want to solve. Even central Govment effect some more remuneration for Para-teachers from march 2012 but still our Govment allow it.
Few months ago, Honarable justice sir Debasish Kargupta of CALCUTTA high court given a order for doing the B.Ed. Or D.Ed. Of Para-teachers. But that was also ignore by our Govment.
Our Govment has completed 2 years but nothing done for Para-teachers.

sorry madam,our H.M and A.H.M are not allowed to the classroom,they can only have a cold office room to sleep properly…….
