I am an approved teacher joined service over ten years in Graduate scale. My school has become HS five years earlier. Now query is that can my school force me to teach my relevant subject (say History) in HS section? For last few years in absence of approved History teacher I took classes in HS section under declaration that I would not claim any monetary advantage against such service rendered by me. Now, approved History teacher had joined in post graduate scale. Can my institution still force me to take HS class now ? Please refer to rule if there for me.
