Candidates those who have less than 50% but more than 45% in graduation and have b.ed (enrolled in the year 2009 or before) can appear for upcoming wbtet in upper primary level.as one of the eligibility criteria says persons having 45% in b.a./b.sc and b.ed in accordance with ncte recognition norms and procedure issued from time to time in this regard.
