Eligibility of Family Pension to Un-married Daughter

My mother was primary head mistress and received pension. On 16.5.13 she had died. I and my junior sister both are unmarried, but as per pension nominee my sister applied for family pension in last month. Now my question is that-
1. How long it will take time to receive the pension?
2. If my sister get married and i am still unmarried, shall I apply for the same pension at that time? If yes, then please send me the soft copy of the rules.
Actually, I heard that in Headmaster manual, G.O. No. 96-SE /1M-112/2008 dated 13.04.2010, there may be some point regarding this matter.
