I was appointed on 07/10/1988 as an assistant teacher, B.sc.,B.ed.,. After a few months I passed Econ.(Condense Hons ) from Rabindra Bharati University . Our school was upgraded to Higher Secondary from 2006.I am teaching Economics class from the opening session.Am I eligible for Hons’ Scale.

No, you are not eligible for hons. scale. You might have been eligible for PG scale if you were appointed at Hons. scale and later completed PG.
