I am a Contructual staf . I am working since 6 years at Gram Panchayat as a GRS(MGNREGA) I want to know whether this rule is applicable for us ? Kindly reply me .

1) Why Dearness Allowance will not be given to a Casual Labor who are enjoying benefit of package vide Memo. No. 9008-FP?
2) Why the Package labor will deprive from HRA, T.A., Medical Allowances and pensionery benefit like a regular staff?
3) What benefit their spouse may enjoy if the package labour die in service.
4) Please give clarification of 30 off days vide Memo No. 9008-FP. Shall the Weekly & Govt. Holiday be included in the ‘Off days’

Sir,
I am working as clerk in Durgapur Women’s College (Aided by W.B. State Govt.) for 20 years. I get my monthly consolidated pay from the College Authority. If there is any scope to be entitled in G.O.-9008-FP?
