What are the rules for engagement of outside agencies for doing the jobs of group D category where the group D staff have not been recruited for years together. I have found that many government hospitals are recruiting the security duty and swepers from the agencies. Under what rule they can do this.Kindly reply.
With Administrative approval (from the Govt.) and Technical Sanction, Health & Family Welfare Deptt. calls for tender for hiring different types of contractual labours.
