I sri palash kumar mondal. primary teacher,my joining date 24.10.2005.
I passed H.S. (39.7%).Sir can will upgrade my H.S Number.I Rashmi working as primary school teacher from 26 June 2010.I have secured 36 % in H.S year 1997 and National council for hotel management and catering technogy under ministry of tourism,Govt of India New Delhi.I have secured 49 % in this course year 2002.Do I have to up grade my qualification for H.S for primary teachers. I am an ST candidate.

On your change of pay band from current one i am agree with you. But according to my view and knowledge our demand may not be considered on the logic that the professions are different.
Therefore I suggest and highly recommend to demand the increased pay on another ground.
What is the ground?
Since the appointment of primary teachers are on the basis of Matriculation qualification. They are getting present Basic pay band irrespective of their higher qualification. Now since the government has raised their qualification to HS the basic salary structure needs to be changed accordingly.They should be paid HS grade as in the other states like UP,Bihar,Delhi etc along with training grade pay after completion of their D EL ED. Not only this as in some cases graduation has been accepted therefore those who have higher qualification must be paid higher scales according to their higher qualification.
