I have joined in july 2010 as a assistant teacher in primary school. In HS mathematics is my third subject and biology is my forth subject. If biology is third subject and mathematics is forth then I fulfill 50 % marks in HS ,i.e including additional (forth subject) I get 50% marks. I have completed Graduation (B.Sc) also.
So what do I do ?
I have to undergo qualification up gradation or not ?

I was appointed as a primary teacher on 02-03-2005 with qualification madhyamik pass & one year ptt course.After joining I passed H.S. with prior permission from DPSC.My question is whether I have to again alppy for HS from NIOS as I assed HS after recruitment? plz reply if anybody has this answer.
I am pranab kumar patra. Primary school teacher of PS 49 of Dist Hooghly. My date of appoinment is 4.7.2001. I have completed One year course at Itachuna PTTI, Hooghly. Now it is unaware to me that shall I have to do one year bridze course(ODL). I have above 50% marks in HS.
