Inactiveup gradation of qualification of primary school teachers is a good idea but after up gradation will the government also up grade the pay scale. A central school primary teachers get the pay scale: 9300-34800 with grade pay 4200 at the time of appointment with DA, HRA and other allowances much much more than us. Government has decided that all the teachers should have the minimum educational qualification as well as teachers training according to central act but when government will also started paying their teachers the same.
