According to the news published in Ei Samay Before promotion or increment an exam on computer operation should have to be passed for some post. See the news here:-

Exams for increment
few days it came under my observation in some certain newspapers…can anyone clarify the matter regarding it..i mean will it be applicable for all the state govt employees including the police staffs?
