I have gone through your Excel Formulas, they are simply precious and very much useful and appreciate your endeavour to make lay man like me to be familiar with such important Formulas.
Da if you kindly arrange to send me the Formula to calculate total years of service which is very required to prepare Pension paper, (difference between date of joining and and date of retirement).
Da one more formula if you kindly arrange to send is the Formula to Calculate the Date of retirement by the Date of birth (which also consider the Leap year).
