M C validity has been extended up to 30.06.2013 ( Last validity date was 31.03.2013) and advised to complete the election for reconstitution of M C within this period. Such as extension case ,Whether the M C election should be completed at least 60 days before the validity period or not? If yes, election should be completed within 28.04.2013 (last sunday of April,2013) and steps for election should be taken from 28.03.2013 (i;e one month before of the dt of election). But unfortunately the letter of such extension has been received from Board’s Office on today the 2nd April ‘2013. What should we do? Are there any exemption of holding M C election in such extension case? In this respect I have another question- How many days will be time gap between the issue of Form 3Mc to the Guardians informing the election programme and the date of publication of Provisional Voter List?
