My father is an retired Engineer. He was not enrolled his name under west bengal govt. health scheme till 20th may 2013. Now he wants to enroll his name , is it possible ? pl rly.
1) New born baby( 25 days) treatment expenses is reimburseble ? at the present stage enrollment of baby can possible ? 2) wbhs,08 two cards lost by a incumbent and he applied for new card with G.D copy what is the procedure of new card issue ?3) a member by mistake wrote his wife”s surname mukhopadhyay instead of mukherjee now he applied for correction and fresh card what is the procedure ?
