Can anyone tell me whether we would get an extra leave for ‘Maharam’ as it was declared as ‘N.I. Act leave’…?
If yes…then provide documents also…please! Thanks in advance…
Have you enjoyed a leave on 14th instant ? In the holiday list provided by the board, Muharram was declared on 14th November. But the govt. declares that the holiday of Muharram will be 15th instead of 14th . Is not it.? May be the GOVT. has declared it as a holiday under the N.I.Act. So what? I do not think, it will be treated as an extra leave.
mihirachrya is right. There will be no additional leave as leave on account of muharram was declared on 15th IN PLACE OF 14th Nov vide No. 8203-F(P) dated 12.11.13.
