respected members, it is clear that teachers in additional posts can not enjoy leaves with out cassual leaves before retention.my question is if for any unforshaken reason such teachers enjoy leaves other than cassual leaves,can (s)he be granted for extra ordinary leaves with out pays?will his/her job remain safe in future?i do not mind increment but termination.

Anyway, Extraordinary Leave without pay/with pay is also a kind of leaves admissible to the employees so prior sanctioned by the competent authority is also required to enjoy this particular kind of leaves though the entitlement of EOL for permanent employees is different from temporary employees.

Thank you for your kind responce,how ever,my question was if,a teacher ,who has bee appointed as an addtional teacher,enjoys leaves other than CL,may (s)he be granted for EOL?N.B. those teachers may enjoy CL only before retention,please reply,(if possible,now,it is urgent!)
No teacher appointed in additional post can enjoy any other leave except CL. If one is appointed in 25/02/16 and takes 3 months of EOL, then his retention will be on and from 25 /05/18 instead of 25/02/18. The retention authority of an asst.teacher is the DIS (SE). M.C. can only confirmation of a service.

Thank you sir,i got my answer.that means,how fer i have understood,if s/he enjoys such leaves,his/her retention will be deffered,with out any more serious bitter punishment(termination).am i correct sir?
