Question is not very clear to me. I presume that it is about Extraordinary Leave. Anyway, Extraordinary Leave without pay/with pay is also a kind of leaves admissible to the employees so prior sanctioned by the competent authority is also required to enjoy this particular kind of leaves though the entitlement of EOL for permanent employees is different from temporary employees.

Thank you for your kind responce,how ever,my question was if,a teacher ,who has bee appointed as an addtional teacher,enjoys leaves other than CL,may (s)he be granted for EOL?N.B. those teachers may enjoy CL only before retention,please reply,(if possible,now,it is urgent!)
