A teacher applied for extraordinary leave of 1 year ….but his leave is not approved by administrator/ MC. Even without getting his leave approved, he remains absent from the school for one year……my question is how much chances r there of his termination … before this he has enjoyed already 3 extraordinary leave of 1 year ( all three EOL approved)…plz answer… thanks

One can take EOL when he/she forced to take this. Because none wants to spent leave without pay.

Sir …is there chances of getting suspended or terminated as the leave has not been sanctioned… thanks

Of course it is an offence / breaking rules to enjoy any kinds of leave without prior permission. The treatment will be decided by the school authority.
