Hi..
I have joined WRIDD, Dept, Govt of West Bengal, as an Assistant Engineer (A-I) on 01/08/2011. I have cleared all professional examinations and departmental examinations (Except Accounts -I) and I have not received my confirmation yet.
But now if I would like to pursue a doctorate degree , then whether will I be eligible for Extraordinary Leave or not..?
If not then, what are the other options available in favor of me..?
