Most of my colleagues including me joined posts falling under Memo no.1414 in 2007 onward not knowing the nature of such posts. After joining the post we came to know that incumbants falling under such memo are treated differently. A separate requisition is prepared for us. Please let me know the intricacies of this memo? Is there any problem in future for us?
As far as I know there is no intricacy in this memo. If your post is retained/ confirmed you need not worry. And as far as separate requirement is concerned, they will be merged with the Non-SSA staff as soon as the SSA stop to fund these. Thank you.
