Remaining 50% of 3rd Installment of Arrear Pay & Allowances under ROPA’09 bill was prepared and submitted to the treasury for sanction and make payment. In the mean time one employee expired. Now what should I do? Remit the pay of the deceased employee to Treasury through T.R.Form-7, then prepare a fresh bill in the name of the nominee of the deceased employee OR is there any other way to make the payment to the nominee of the deceased?
