Financial benefits for completing BEd by untrained teachers

I am a BSc (bio) pass teacher appointed in 2004 in normal vacancy. I finished my BEd ODL through NSOU this year ie 2015.
Now my query is –
1)will there be any incremental benefits for completing BEd apart from stopped increments?
2) G. O. about giving incremental benefits to untrained teachers till 2012 is there? Who can be the beneficiary of this.
