I am a school teacher in a govt. aided secondary school in Howrah…my colleague received a letter from DI of Howrah on 11/01/2013 and he (DI) told her that you are advice to immediately join(on or before 15/01/2013) in a PTTI college some where of Shyampur, Bagnan as deputation vacancy and this is your joining letter. My question is that weather DI can do this? Our school is a seek school but till not de-recognized, also she is not an excess teacher of the school. Her post is permanent and approved. She served as an assistant teacher more than 10 years in this school.
Is there any govt. rule ? please help me….
