As per law or guidelines set up by h’able Calcutta High Court or Supreme Court, what is meant by ‘founder’ of unaided schools ? What are the necessary and sufficient conditions for a person or a society to be regarded as the ‘FOUNDER’ of an unaided school ? Please provide me the answer with supportive link/order/GOs ..

Now in provision of Sponsored School Management Rules-1972, there is no scope of a Founder Member or Life Member. It will be decided later on.
