Thank you for your information.I am student right now.I had taken a loan in the year 2012 & my family income matches that criteria.So should i eligible for this subsidy??

Sir, I am very poor, i am a diploma student at siliguri government polytechnic, but i have no suficient money for study, so sir give me student scolership.
