Dear Forum members,
I have been selected as Assistant Teacher under The B.R.G.F scheme of WB govt School Education Dept.I’m yet to get joining . P.B -4 , G.P-4800
With all due respect to the job, I have a strange feeling that perhaps after 5-7 years I will have a stagnant life as an AT with relatively less pay. I’m trying to get a better job.Now if I get through it then all is well, but if I dont then I want to make a plan B ready with the available resource.
So,what are the options available to me as an AT ??
Can I switch to the administrative jobs of the school,if any ??What should be my approach??
I’m open to any suggestion.Any reply will be highly acknowledged. Thanks for your patience reading…
