G.O. for Clerk/Gr.D.

In our school we have a sanctioned post of clerk in the year 2002 when our school was upgraded to H.S.But I do not know for whose negligence the post was still vacant.Recently the only clerk of our school retired and total clerical post gets vacant.2days ago I saw a news in Ananda Bazar Patrika that in one case the High Court has given the verdict that any clerical/Gr.D post approaved before the start of SSC(Non-Teaching) should be recruited by the school Management. Now we are in the same problem,the school is running with no clerk.What should we do?Will we start our proceedings according to the verdit or any G.O in this regard would come?please inform
