Can some one please provide the G.O regarding the retention for Additional post of H.S section teachers ?
I was told that though the continuous service required to be eligible for retention for teachers belonging to Normal section is 2 years but it is 3 years in the case of H.S section teachers. Is it true ???
No, there is no question of 3 years in case of HS Teacher. It is for 2 years. We arranged for retention for a post after completion 2 years of service, and used to send the DIS to resume the post. But now the appointing authority is WBBSE. So, in this moment, it is not clear who will be the signing authority. Most probably it will be the concerned DIS. Thanks a lot.
