What should be done by the HM of a govt. aided school, towards those employees who were absent on 28 Feb? That I mean to say, what kind of leave should be sanctioned or any proceedings against those can be initiated or any other measures? Please inform us.
At first Head master is required to submit absentee statement for 28th Feb. After that, HM will be directed as per the decision taken by the higher authority to take necessary action.
in genuine cases it may be just a leave. otherwise it may attract leave without pay as minimum action. i guess.
Absentee statement submitted to whom? Again, HM is the CL sanctioning authority and MC for ML or any special leave. So who will sanction this leave and what should be the nature of leave? Moreover, be the circular of Chief Secretary applicable to govt. aided school teachers, as they are not direct govt employee and WBSR also not applicable to them?
