To All learned forum members this is to understand that whether as per section 21 of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 , appointment of Drugs Inspectors are being made through notification in the official gazette , including whenever transferred to new area to appoint for such new area notification for that.
Can any body provide input on how this statutory requirements are met and whether such gazette publication can be made back dated?
