    In general transfer rules a school can release 25% of ‘teachers’. I don’t understand the meaning of ‘teachers’. I feel ‘teachers’ means total staff pattern or exiting teachers. What is right?

    1.what does total staff mean? does it include hm,teachers &non teaching ?
    2.how many will be allowed to apply if 25% is 2.5
    2 or 3 ?
    3.how will HM’s experience be counted? will it be his experience at present school or his total experience?
