I have joined a Govt aided school as an AT in March, 2006 through the 6th RLST. I will be applying for General Transfer (GT) once it’s formally started. Going by one Rule in GT that one who joined on and before 1.1.2006 will be getting extra marks as compared to those who joined after the said date. Why should I not get extra marks though counselling facility was not there then? Why should candidates like me be deprived of it?
