January 6, 2016 at 2:24 pm #81247AnonymousInactiveI am a high school teacher, joined on 05 Dec 2013 in Permanent post. So, I have to subscribe for PF from Dec 2014, but still now our HM have not done any work regarding pf deduction. on query, he replied that he will deduct PF from march 2016. My question is
1. What is the procedure for subscribing to PF?
2. What is the procedure to submit and pay my pending PF subscription from Dec 2014?
3. will it causes any trouble if I not pay the pending PF?January 10, 2016 at 1:12 pm #81252AnonymousInactiveYour HM could deduct PF from March,15. But he did not deduct, it may wrong. But there will be no trouble in future. You can not able to deposit your P.F. at any time of the year. Is is a good process to deposit in the beginning of a F.Y., and there is no limit. You can deduct up to 3/4 of your Basic. Now, from Salary of March’16 you may deduct the amount of your choice, but not less than 6 % of B.P. You just inform your HM by written mentioning the amount which you wanted to deposit as P.F. Deduct as multiplication of Rs. 500. i.e. 500/-, 1000/-, 1500/-, 3000/- 5000/-,( round figure)as you like.
Thanks a lot.January 18, 2016 at 2:44 pm #81268AnonymousInactiveYour HM could deduct PF from March,15. But he did not deduct, it may wrong. But there will be no trouble in future.
