State Government employees whose revised emoluments did not exceed Rs. 20,000/- per month as on 31.03.2011 will be entitled to ad-hoc bonus at the rate of Rs. 2,100/- per head. https://wbxpress.com/grant-of-adhoc-bonus/

1: This is also applicable for Teachers. But I think the (Basic Pay + Grade Pay + Dearness Allowance) exceeds Rs. 20,000/- p.m. in case of teachers. So they are not eligible to get the bonus.

2: No. he is not eligible to get the bonus. As he exceeds Rs. 20,000/- p.m. from June 2010, which is not within 6 month of March 2011, he will not any bonus.

5: As per Rule 5 of the above order, "As in the last year orders for grant of ad-hoc bonus in respect of the employees of Statutory Bodies/ Local Bodies/ State aided Non Government Educational Institutions and such other categories of employees of various establishments, who were allowed ad-hoc bonus/ ex-gratia at par with the State Government employees or at the rate not more than Rs. 2100/- per head as approved by the Government in the last year". Have you got bonus in the last year?

17: Thank you for the update. Proposal for extending Festival Bonus/ Ex-gratia for External Nodal Staff & Teachers/ Instructors of Vocational Training Centers has been forwarded to the Department of Technical Education & Training, West Bengal and will be disbursed upon receipt of Govt. Order from the same department .(Original Order)

*3: Sir, I think ( Basic+grade pay+D.A)is not correct. Basic Pay =( Band pay+ Grade Pay).Am I right?

19: You are right in defining Basic Pay. But here in this order revised emoluments should be less than Rs. 20,000/-. Revised emoluments generally is BP+GP+DA.

I am an employee under State Public Health Cell of WBSRDA, P&RD Department, Government of West Bengal & getting the consolidated remuneraton Rs. 17000/- per month. I have not got the bonus last year. Can I get the bonus this year? want answer from administration
