Will we get another 6% D.A. w.e.f. 1st March, 2013? If not, then when?
It is absolutely right and I am agree with You that ‘something is better than nothing’; but the present status about D.A. shows that:-
* We (W.B. State Govt. Employees) got …. 45% (due – 27%—out of 72%)
* New Addition …. 7%; 45% + 7% = 52% (due – 20%—out of 72%)
* Central Govt. will likely to announce another 9% (as per current price index) D.A. hike, w.e.f. 1st January, 2013.
* Then due – 20% + 9% = 29% (out of 81%). I think this is the high time that the Govt. should realize to release about another installment of D.A., immediately, to reduce the gap between 52% & 81%.

I think a good number of days passed since last increase in D.A. it should immediately be increased by the govt for at least 10% keeping in mind the huge price hike at present market. Please if not the whole(28% likely to be 35% very soon) give at least some of it(10-18%).
GOVT. OF WEST BENGAL has planed lot but I asking to your concern authority when the daily wages of the group D and others personnel will be increase. We the Civic Police volunteers those who are working with daily wages Rs.- 141.81/- (Rs.- 4,254/- per month) with police department & engaged with various work (computer operator/ driver & others) hearing that daily wages has been increased to Rs.- 232/- per day but it could not effected till now. In this above circumstances it is prayed before your honour that please informed us if any decision was taken to increase our daily wages.
