thanks… Som & Pranab for your vital information.. i shall b grateful if u kindly let me know the latest order regarding minimum distance of working place for getting full HRA for both Govt. working couple. The max limit is Rs.6000 p.m. jointly if they live together… what if they live separately.. thanks..

Som is correct. If the both employees not live together , the HRA also max Rs. 6000/- p.m (Both), as per W.B. latest notification. But the question is whether they are living another place ? and living a rented house, here is must submit the self declaration of each employee to their employer about the HRA, who will get the max limit of HRA within 6000/- p.m. But never exceed the Max Limit of HRA 6000/- p.m.
